Asado Saturday 2016

As part of the Tango in the Spring festival we are having an asado (Argentine bbq).  Its an optional extra, but we’d love you to share a meal with us.

PREPAYMENT ESSENTIAL 

Our asador Frank has been bringing the joy of fire and meat to Canberrans, since taking over from the legendary Jose Lategui. Frank will be cooking a traditional selection of meats: chorizo (Argentine sausage), morcilla (black pudding), asado de tire (beef ribs), vacío (beef flank), pork, and chicken. We will also be serving a simple salad, and bread. BYO drinks.

There will also be a vegetarian option (not from the grill), which must be pre-booked.
