A group of us — Yuko, Tim (Chanop), Gary, and Jane – thought it would be a good idea to have a festival where the focus is on just getting together with people from other places, and dancing tango. This is the second one – the first was in 2008.

Tango in the Spring is a non-profit event, organised by dancers, for dancers. We are not affiliated with any tango teachers or dance schools. We’ve got volunteer DJs from other cities, and a whole bunch of people from Canberra will be helping during the festival.
